Evrotur Real Estate is a group of Bulgarian companies whose main activity is investment in construction and rental of owned real estate - residential properties, offices, warehouses and others. The companies are investors in two business centers in Sofia. Business center "Evrotour" entered in operation on 13.01.2009 and Business center "Evrotour" 2 obtained its use permit on 05.08.2010. In the Evrotur Real Estate portfolio there are also offices and industrial space in other areas of Sofia, Plovdiv, Kozloduy, Gabrovo and other cities around the country. In the coming years the companies are planning new investments in real estate construction, following their successful business model so far.
