The "Evrotur" Business Center consists of 10 floors with a ground floor and one basement level. The compositional solution has been developed in such a way that it visually integrates the functionally separated floors of the building around an inner atrium, bringing daylight to the interior of the building.

On the ground floor there are a lobby, a lobby bar and a fast food restaurant; from the second to the ninth level there are offices of different sizes, developed around the atrium and limited only by the structural elements of the building.

On each floor there are terraces and balconies as recreational spaces for employees' rest. The common areas are designed in a modern and practical style with flooring of high quality materials. On each floor in the oval shape there are bathrooms for visitors and employees, shared to the floor.

Active and passive energy saving measures have been implemented. An energy efficiency survey was conducted for the building, which shows that the building falls into class "B" on the scale of energy consumption according to Art. 19 of the Ordinance on the energy characteristics of the sites. The floors are made of natural granite or granite tiles for the common parts of the ground floor and office floors, terracotta and faience for the bathrooms and screed and carpet in the offices. Suspended ceilings for the whole building are made with 60/60 cm tiles of the "Armstrong" type. 

The building has its own medium voltage substation and internal system for remote metering and distribution of electricity consumption, a backup power generator, central heating for the winter heating season and two chillers for air conditioning in the summer, openable windows for fresh air, as well as private parking for over 110 cars.
